I can't thank Danny enough. I had another locksmith attend because I couldn't open my back door (I only have one door to the garden so really annoying). The original company looked at door for less then 2 minutes and said it couldn't be fixed. I was looking at £750!! for a new door. Thankfully, I found 'The Door Doctor' on Facebook. 

Danny took approx 30 minutes to open the door (it wasn't easy). He fitted a temporary lock overnight. Returned the following afternoon and fitted a complete mechanism.

All this for £185 total. Very Happy!!!!
